Nürnberger Bratwurst Glöckl am Dom

There's something curiously pleasing about the revelation that the most notorious haunt of the Nazi Party's radical wing was a gay Munich sausage restaurant. It's been there for over a hundred years and it's still there today (and yes, it's on all the unofficial tours). The owner in Hitler's time was one Karl Zehnter, another pro-Nazi gay who, along with his regular clients Röhm and Heines and the rest, was to meet his untimely demise on Night of the Long Knives. Hitler allegedly referred to them all as "a clique of fairies".
